Sleep more soundly and perform better at your summer sports and activities - running, golf, cycling, gardening, etc. Yin is the perfect practice to balance all of the Yang , or activity, in our lives. Time is allowed to really slow down, calm your mind and body, and to slow your breath and nervous system as you settle into poses, holding them 3-7 minutes. A more personal and introspective practice, Yin is a wonderful practice in of itself, and a great accompaniment to your regular yoga practice.

Mindful therapeutic stretching, strengthening, breath and balance work. A slower pace with lots of instruction. A great practice for those new to yoga or if you haven’t practiced in awhile. Build your practice each week. Props are limited so if you have yoga blocks, a yoga strap and a blanket please bring them, along with your mat.

A gentler yoga class done sitting, and if available to you, standing using the chair as support during balance segments. Improve your breathing, strength, flexibility and balance. We do not get on the mat during this class so no mat required. Such a great class for those post-surgery, with existing injuries, arthritis, fibromyalgia or balance challenges. Accessible for those in wheelchairs or walkers. Props are limited so if you have yoga blocks and a yoga strap please bring them along.
